The Life Enrichment Center has caring, trained staff who offer a variety of day habilitation services to help participants achieve maximum independence. By developing educational goals, providing socialization opportunities, and offering health and wellness activities, the Center aims to offer each participant an individualized experience.
The Individual and Family Support Pilot program focuses on services or equipment related to an individual’s disability that may not be available from other funding sources.

CCSS participates in Missouri’s Partnership for Hope initiative which aims to speed access to services that promote improvement in a person’s quality of life such as home modifications, adaptive equipment, in-home personal assistance, and therapeutic consultations.
CCSS funds registered non-profit organizations that serve individuals with developmental disabilities. Contracts for funding include sheltered employment, employment services, local transportation and accessible vehicles, and scholarships for local community events. CCSS also partners with local schools to provide funding for specialized items for classroom settings.
CCSS offers subsidized apartment living at Fisher Heights Apartments where individuals receive individualized supported living and personal assistance services by a provider of their choice. These services are paid for through waivers offered by the Department of Mental Health.
